Overseas participants may need to apply for a visa at the Korean Embassy, consulate, or other visa-issuing office in their country of origin.

Please begin your visa application process as soon possible, and certainly as soon as you register.

Consulates in some countries may take several months to process applications.

As soon as you contemplate travel to the Republic of Korea, and after identifying that a visa is needed, contact the Korean embassy or consulate for information about current visa processing time estimates and processes.

For visa purposes, a letter from the conference organizers may be requested upon the completion of registration and payment. In the case, the conference organizer will provide your registration status for the IHC 2023. Please email Conference Management at ICH2023@korea.ac.kr with your identity with registration.

Attendance letters

Letters of attendance and participation will only be sent out if you personally request one during or the end of the conference.

If the emailed letter does not fulfill requirements needed by your organization for proof of attendance, please contact Conference Management at ICH2023@korea.ac.kr with the specific information needed.
