The ICH2023 Secretariat will never contact participants directly to reserve hotel rooms or offer “special discount conference rates”. If you receive one of these calls or emails, it is most likely a scam.

To make a reservation call the hotel at + 82 2 925 7000 or e-mail to rsvn@hotelahill.com and mention you are part of the ICH2023. When you make a reservation by e-mail, you should identify “the name and number of visitors, the number of rooms requesting and the duration of staying from yyyy-mm-dd to yyyy-mm-dd. All reservations must be made by Wednesday, May 15, 2023 to receive the discounted rate.
ARIRANG HILL Hotel has a total of 190 rooms, tastefully and sophisticatedly decorated. Free high-speed Internet access, non-smoking, air conditioning and heating facilities are available for all guest rooms. Fully equipped business center, meeting rooms, and small private rooms are conveniently designed for business travelers. Also, various small and medium-sized events can be held at our banquet hall that can accommodate up to 150 people.
To take a public transportation, such as a bus, please take a walk to the nearest bus top of Seongbuk bus line 4, located around the exit 3 of Sungshin Women’s University station. Your destination stop is the Korea University Medical Center Anam Hospital stop. It is the 8th stop from your starting stop, and it takes approximately 25 minutes.
For your return to the hotel, you may take the same bus line in the opposite stop.

The Orakai Daehakro Hotel is a new chain in 2019 by the Orakai Hotel & Resort which combines the modern sense and comfort. The name of the Hotel Orakai 'Daehakro' derives from the name of Daehakro, a representative cultural and artistic street in Korea. It is meant to provide not only the pleasure at the hotel but also the rich cultural experience.
